The best : some of the personnel: the young lady at the reception desk, who was most helpful, as well as the lady driver of the shuttle service. The location is very restful but as there is nothing but the beach next to the hotel, the free shuttle service between the hotel and downtown Valencia was a must, it worked very well.I would recommend thre hotel especially to families with children who want some quiet time next to the beach, and want to relax.
The first 3 nights I was given a very plain (3 star at most) room close to some engine that sounded like a jet and did not let me sleep. But after I was given another room, the experience suddenly changed and allowed me to enjoy my stay.

The shuttle bus to the centre of Valencia worked very well. The pool area and gardens are very nice. The location is great - the area is not at all built up, the view is either sea or woodland and yet you are only a short bus ride from Valencia.
Price of drinks was exceptionally expensive.

Breakfast was terrible. Choosing very small. Price for breakfast too high.

This is not a real 5 star hotel. The rooms are more like at a 3 star level. It smells sewage in the the rooms. After two nights we changed to Hotel Las Arenas, which is truely a 5 star hotel.

Staff was helpful, food was good.
It is hugely overpriced. Not five star hotel. Furniture and bathroom looked a bit tired. Pool very small.

The room, the view and the rate.
You really needed a car to go to city or rely on the hotel bus that has restricted hours of operation.

All the hotel facilities were excellent apart from the tennis courts. The surfaces are cracked, the nets are extremely bad and there was no way of adjusting the height of the net!! In all the tennis courts are in very poor condition and a waste of 14 euros an hour.

I like my room very much, I like the scenery. I requested for a room with a view and you were able to accomodate me with a good room.
I would like to have seen an iron in the room.

Perfect breakfast> close to the beach and Valencia
The hotel needs full renovation. Rooms are extremely small and not even clean! We saw insects in our room and the toilet was really awful! The bathroom was old and dirty. I would classify this hotel as 3 stars. Bad value for money.
